Q:  How do I find out what shipping costs?
A:  Add the item(s) in to your cart, after adding everything you'd like to order, then proceed to checkout. The first checkout page you are presented with will ask you for your information, please fill this out and continue. The next page is where the store will calculate and display the shipping cost for your order.

Q:  My shipping cost item count doesn't match the shipping cost item count displayed during checkout.
A:  We spent a lot of time making sure this doesn't happen but if for some reason it does, please contact us.

Q:  When will my order ship?
A:  Most orders ship the following business day. Some orders ship the same day if they are placed early enough. There are instances where sometimes it will take a little bit of time for your order to ship. For example, when the band goes on the Blues Cruise, they typically take family with them, which means no body is around to ship your order.
